1. Digital Downloads

• Delivery: Instant.

• How it works: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. You can also access them at any time through your account page.

• Shipping Cost: Always $0.

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

• Fulfillment: These items are printed and shipped by my professional manufacturing partners.

• Processing Time: Usually 3–7 business days to print and pack before they ship out.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the facility. Please note that if you order multiple items (e.g., a shirt and a mug), they may arrive in separate packages.

3. Original Artworks

• Handling: I personally pack and ship all original pieces from my studio with extra care to ensure they arrive safely.

• Shipping Window: I aim to have originals in the mail within 3–5 business days.

• Security: All originals are shipped with tracking and insurance.

• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.

• International Shipping: I do ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
